Adrien, a personal trainer since 2017 and lifter for fifteen years, is passionate about performance and rehabilitation; Gaëtan focuses on strength training, muscle gain and weight loss, with special care for beginners. Personal training in the gym in Chavannes-près-Renens and Gland, full remote follow-up (programme, nutrition plan, weekly review, available 7 days a week) and duo coaching to progress together.
