Terms and conditions of sale — online shop

1. Scope

These terms govern sales made through the online shop at elevategym.swiss, operated by Elevate Gym SA, Place des Ateliers 3, 1022 Chavannes-près-Renens, Switzerland (UID CHE-307.664.088).

2. Prices & payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is made at order time via Stripe (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 working days by Swiss Post (Economy CHF 7, Priority CHF 9, free from CHF 100) to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; the EU countries offered at checkout may incur import duties payable by the customer. Free pickup is available at either club during reception hours.

4. Exchanges & returns

Size exchanges are free within 14 days of receipt for unworn items with tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the item.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty under Swiss law applies. Report any defect within 7 days of receipt with photos to info@elevategym.swiss.

6. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
